Picking a gift for an a r collections representative
An A/R collections representative spends the day on the phone and in account notes, politely asking people to settle what they owe while keeping relationships intact. It's a job that takes patience, a steady voice and a thick skin, and most of the thanks they get is quiet. A gift that shows you see the work tends to land well. A tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the office that runs cold, or a mug for the desk where the calls happen all count. Type their job into the text box as written, or add their team or department on the second line so the design feels like theirs. If you're buying for a whole collections team, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name, so everyone gets their own shirt in the size they need.
