Picking a gift for an admin coord
The admin coordinator is usually the person who knows where everything is. The shared calendar, the vendor contact, the supply closet key, the reason the Thursday meeting moved. They keep a dozen small things from becoming big problems, and most days the only proof is that nothing went wrong. A gift for them should say you noticed. Humor tends to land well here, since this crowd lives on color-coded spreadsheets and calendar invites, so a design that jokes about the job usually gets a laugh and a spot in the weekly rotation. You can type their actual title in the text box, whether that's Admin Coord, Office Coordinator or something longer, and add their name or the department on the second line where a design has one. A mug is the safe daily-use pick for a desk that sees a lot of coffee. A hoodie fits the over-air-conditioned office. If you're buying for a whole front-office crew, the Team Shop prints the same design with each person's name.
Admin Coord gift questions
Can I change the title to match what they're actually called?
Yes. Type any title into the text box, such as Admin Coord, Office Coordinator or Executive Assistant, and the preview updates so you can check how it fits before you order.
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April, within Administrative Professionals Week. It's a common time for office gifts, so order a few weeks ahead if you're buying for a team.
Is a mug or a shirt the better pick for a coworker?
A mug is the easy choice for a coworker, since it stays at their desk and doesn't depend on size. A tee or hoodie works better when you know the person well and want something personal.
Can I add a name or department to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, department or team. Open a design you like and type it in. The preview shows exactly how it will print.
What sizes do the admin coord shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an admin coord gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
