Picking a gift for an administrative asst
Administrative assistants are the people who know where everything is. The calendar, the supply closet, the one login nobody else remembers, the phone number for the vendor who actually picks up. They keep an office moving while a dozen people ask for a dozen things at once, and a lot of that work only gets noticed when it isn't done. That's why a gift that says you see it lands so well. A mug is the obvious desk-side pick, since it sits next to the keyboard all day. A soft tee or hoodie suits the casual Friday and the commute home. Make it theirs by typing in their name, their title, or a line only the office would get, like Chief of Everything or Keeper of the Calendar. Administrative Professionals Day falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April, and it's the time of year these gifts get bought, though a birthday, a retirement or a plain thank-you after a brutal quarter works just as well.
Administrative Asst gift questions
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April each year. It's part of Administrative Professionals Week, so order a few weeks ahead if you want the gift in hand before then.
Can I put a specific title like Executive Assistant or Office Manager on it?
Yes. Type the exact title into the text box and the preview updates. Many designs also have a second line, so you can add a name or a short joke only the office would understand.
What's a good gift for an assistant who's retiring?
A mug or hoodie with their name and the years they served. It marks a long run of keeping everyone else on schedule, and it's something they'll actually use at home.
Can the whole office go in on one gift?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste a list of names, so everyone can have a matching shirt with their own name, or you can give the assistant a single mug from the group.
What sizes do the administrative asst shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an administrative asst gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
