Picking a gift for an administrative intern
An administrative intern is usually the person holding the front of the office together while still learning where everything lives. They answer phones, sort the mail, schedule meetings, update spreadsheets and say yes to a lot of small requests, often for a semester or a summer and often for little or no pay. A gift for them works best when it says you noticed the work. Put their name on a tee or a mug, or add the department or the term, like Summer 2025, so it feels like a keepsake and not a desk freebie. A hoodie suits a cold office and the commute that comes with it. If you manage a whole intern class, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes the group feel like a real team. And since the internship ends, a gift at the last week doubles as a thank-you they'll still have after the badge goes back.
Administrative Intern gift questions
Can I put the company or department name on the design?
You can type any text you like into the second line of designs that have one, such as a department or office name. Check the preview to make sure it fits before you order.
What's a good thank-you gift for an intern at the end of the summer?
A mug or hoodie with their name and the year works well. It's useful, and it reminds them the team valued their time there.
Can I order for a group of interns?
Yes. In the Team Shop, pick one design, paste the list of names and choose a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
Do you have designs for other office roles, like administrative assistant?
Yes. Related office roles have their own pages, and you can also type any job title into a design to make it fit.
What sizes do the administrative intern shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an administrative intern gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
