Picking a gift for an administrative internship
An administrative intern is usually the person who knows where everything is by week two. They answer the phones, sort the mail, build the spreadsheet, book the conference room, and learn the names of forty people they'd never met before June. It's a job with a lot of small tasks and not much applause, so a gift that says you noticed goes a long way. Good moments to give one: the first week, when they're still figuring out the coffee machine, the last day, or the day they get a full-time offer. Put their name on a tee or hoodie, or add the department, the company's city or the year of the internship underneath. A mug fits a desk that isn't quite theirs yet. If you manage a whole intern class, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name and size, so the group looks like a group by the end of the summer.
Administrative Internship gift questions
What should I put on an administrative internship shirt?
Their name works on its own. You can also add a second line with the year, the department or the city. Keep it short so the print reads clearly.
What's a good gift for an intern on their last day?
Something they can keep and wear after the badge goes back: a hoodie or tee with their name and the internship year. A mug works too, since it fits on any desk.
Can I order matching shirts for a whole intern class?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Can I change the wording if the title is different at their company?
Yes. Type whatever title they actually use, like office intern, admin assistant intern or front desk intern, and the preview updates before you order.
What sizes do the administrative internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an administrative internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
