Picking a gift for an administrative support assoc
The administrative support associate is the person who actually knows where everything is. They keep the calendar from collapsing, answer the phone that's been ringing since 8:01, and remember that the printer jams on the second tray. Most of the time that work goes unnoticed, which is exactly why a thoughtful gift lands so well. Think about what their day looks like: long stretches at a desk, a cold office, a mug that never quite stays warm. A soft hoodie for the over-air-conditioned floor, a tee for casual Friday, and a mug with their name that nobody else gets to borrow all fit that life. You can personalize the text to match them, whether that's their name, their title, or a line about being the one who keeps the place running. Administrative Professionals Day falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April, so that's the natural moment to order, along with work anniversaries and retirements.
Administrative Support Assoc gift questions
Can I put a different job title on the design?
Yes. Type any title into the text box, such as Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator or Front Desk Lead. The preview updates as you type, so you can check it before you order.
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It's observed on the Wednesday of the last full week of April each year. If you're ordering for a whole office, it helps to start a few weeks ahead.
Can I add a name or the number of years on the job?
Many designs have a second line for exactly that. Add a name, a start year or something like 20 Years and the preview shows how it will look.
Can I order shirts for the whole admin team?
Yes. In the Team Shop, choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with that person's own name.
What sizes do the administrative support assoc shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an administrative support assoc gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.

- Matching tees for the front office teamPick one design in the Team Shop, paste the names of everyone on the team, and choose each person's size. It works well for Administrative Professionals Day or a casual Friday.
