Picking a gift for an advanced manager
An advanced manager is the person other managers go to when a problem gets complicated. They've moved past running a single team and into juggling several, which means more meetings, more budgets, and more people counting on them to keep things steady. Gifts for this person land best when they're useful and a little funny about the job, because nobody understands the pressure of the title like the people who work near it. A tee or hoodie that says advanced manager works as a quiet joke and a real acknowledgment at once. You can make it theirs by changing the second line to their department, their team name, or the year they earned the promotion. A mug is the safest pick for the desk, since it'll sit next to the laptop through every one of those meetings. If you're buying for a group, say a leadership team or a manager's direct reports, one design with each person's name on their own shirt feels organized, which suits the occasion.
Advanced Manager gift questions
Can I add a department or team name to an advanced manager design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line where you can type a department, a team name, or a year. The preview updates as you type, so you can check how it looks before you order.
Is this a good gift for a promotion?
It works well for one. A tee or mug with advanced manager and the promotion year marks the new title in a way they'll use, and it's light enough to give at the office or at a celebration dinner.
Can I put someone's name instead of the title?
Yes. Type their name into the text box, either on its own or alongside advanced manager. Many designs let you keep the title on one line and add the name on another.
Can I order the same design for my whole management team?
Yes. In the Team Shop, pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name, which helps for offsites and team events.
What sizes do the advanced manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an advanced manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
