Gifts from Alda
Alda is a small place, and the people from it tend to hold on to that. Whether they grew up there, moved away for work, or married into the town, a shirt with the name is a quick way to say where they're from without a long story. Alda is the kind of name that prompts a question at the coffee shop or the airport, and that's part of the fun. For someone who left, a mug on the kitchen counter is a small daily reminder of home. For someone who stayed, a hoodie for the cold months is practical and proud at once. Since the word is short, a second line does a lot of work: add the year they were born, a street, or a nickname the family uses, and the design becomes theirs in particular.
