Gifts from Angoon
Angoon is a small town on the west coast of Admiralty Island in Southeast Alaska, reachable mostly by boat or plane, and the people who call it home tend to feel that connection deeply, especially when they've moved away for school or work. A shirt with the town name is how someone wears that pride to a city where nobody has heard of it, or passes it along to a kid who's growing up with one foot in the Alaskan outdoors. What lands best is a gift that feels like it came from someone who knows the place matters. Add a second line with a year, a class, or a family name, and the shirt becomes personal rather than generic. A hoodie suits the cold months, and a mug is a good pick for the person who starts every morning with coffee at the kitchen table.
