Picking a gift for an architect in training
An architect in training has usually finished a degree and is working toward licensure, which means years of logged hours at a firm, studying for the exams, and sketching at the kitchen table on weekends. They're proud of the title and a little impatient to drop the in training part. A gift that treats the work as serious lands well: a shirt for the drafting-room chair, a hoodie for the cold site visits, a mug for the early-morning coffee before a review. Put the words architect in training on the design, and add the year they started or the firm's city in the second line if it fits. Keep the wording simple and let their own effort carry the gift. If you aren't sure how they'd like the title written, a quick check with someone close to them will save you a reprint.
Architect In Training gift questions
Can I add a firm name or city to the design?
Many designs have a second line you can use for a firm, a city, or a year. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the layout before ordering.
Is there a version for a licensed architect instead?
Architect in training designs are built around that wording. If they've passed their exams, you can look at the architect designs for the shorter title and the same products.
What's a good gift for someone starting their licensure?
A mug or tee with the title and the year they started is a practical gift that marks the milestone without being too formal for everyday use.
What sizes do the architect in training shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an architect in training gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
