Picking a gift for an authorization manager
An authorization manager sits in the middle of a lot of paperwork and a lot of people's frustration. They're the one who chases the prior approval, reads the payer's policy twice, and hears about it when a claim gets denied. That makes them a good fit for a gift that says the job matters, not just that they have one. A tee for the office, a hoodie for the cold conference room, or a mug for the desk where the phone calls pile up will all get used. What makes it land is a detail only someone in the role would recognize. Add the team or department on a second line, or a credential if they hold one, and the shirt stops being generic. Use their name too, if you're giving it to a coworker you want to thank.
Authorization Manager gift questions
Can I add a credential or department to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a department, team or credential there. Check the preview before you order to make sure the spacing works.
Is there a special day for authorization managers?
Not one I can confirm. Most people give these gifts around the holidays or when a coworker is leaving the team, which is a good time to order.
Can I order shirts for my whole authorization team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the authorization manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an authorization manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
