Picking a gift for an authorization rep
An authorization rep spends the day on the phone and in inboxes, chasing prior approvals so patients can get the care their doctors ordered. It's detail work that rarely gets noticed until something goes wrong, and the reps who are good at it tend to be the ones who keep track of every reference number and follow up before anyone has to ask. A gift that acknowledges that job lands well: a hoodie for the chilly office, a mug for the desk that's always on the verge of an overflowing pile of faxes, or a tee they can wear to a weekend of errands. Add their title, or the team or payer they work with if you know it, and it becomes theirs rather than a generic office shirt. Shopping for a whole team? One design with everyone's name on their own shirt makes a better gift than another round of coffee.
Authorization Rep gift questions
Can I add a team or payer name under the job title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the team, department or specialty there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.
Is there a special day for authorization reps?
Not one that's widely recognized, so most people give this kind of gift for a work anniversary, a team milestone or the end of a busy season.
Can I order shirts for my whole team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the authorization rep shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an authorization rep gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
