Picking a gift for a benefit director
A benefit director usually sits between the people who build workplace benefits and the employees who depend on them, which means they spend a lot of time explaining open enrollment, untangling plan questions and getting quiet approvals through a committee. Gifts that land for them tend to be practical and a little bit wry, the sort of thing they can wear to a planning meeting or set on the desk during a long budget review. Add their title on the front, then a second line for their company, their team or the year they took the role, so the shirt or mug reads as theirs. If you're buying for the whole HR or total rewards group, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name and size, so everyone gets a shirt that matches the team.
Benefit Director gift questions
Can I add the company name or a team name under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the company, department or team name there and the preview will update so you can check the spacing.

Benefit director designs are listed here. If you want a different title on the shirt, the custom text box lets you type the exact role you're buying for.
Can I order shirts for a whole benefits department?
