Picking a gift for a building coordinator
A building coordinator is usually the person who keeps the place running: they get the calls about a broken elevator or a missing key, they juggle vendors and maintenance schedules, and they're often the first to know when something is about to go wrong. It's a job with a lot of quiet competence and not much applause, so a gift that names the role out loud tends to land well. A tee or hoodie on the way to a site walk, or a mug for the desk that's clearly theirs, tells them someone noticed what they do. Add their building or property name on the second line, or the company they coordinate for, and the design stops being a generic job shirt and becomes about their particular place. If you're shopping for a whole maintenance or facilities team, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop is an easy way to thank everyone at once.
Building Coordinator gift questions
Can I add the building or property name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the building, property or company name there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is building coordinator a formal title with a specific credential?
It varies by company and employer. If you're unsure what they're called at work, use the title they actually use on their badge or email signature.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted to building coordinator?
A mug or hoodie with their new title is personal and useful, and it marks the move without being showy.
Can I order shirts for my whole facilities team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the building coordinator shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a building coordinator gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
