Picking a gift for a building manager
Building managers are the people who get the call when the boiler quits at 6 a.m. or a tenant locks themselves out on a holiday. They juggle vendors, repairs, inspections and a building full of people who mostly only notice them when something breaks. A gift that acknowledges the actual work lands better than a generic joke about keys. Think about the coat they wear on rounds, the mug they carry from the basement office to the lobby, or the hoodie they throw on for a cold night call. Put their title on it, and add the building name, the property or their own first name if you want it to feel personal. A shirt with building manager printed clearly across the chest tells them someone noticed the job itself, not just the paycheck.
Building Manager gift questions
Can I add the building or property name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the building or property name there. Check the preview to make sure the spacing looks right before you order.
Is there a building manager design for kids?
There are a few kids tees and dark kids tees for this word. Use the product filter to see them, though most people buy this one for an adult who works on the job.
What's a good gift for a building manager who's just started?
A mug or a hoodie with their title and their name works well for a new hire. It's something they can use on day one and keep for years.
What sizes do the building manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a building manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
