Gifts for Case Resource Managers

Picking a gift for a case resource manager

A case resource manager usually works on the front line of care coordination, connecting people with housing, benefits, medical services and support when life gets complicated. The day is a mix of phone calls, paperwork, home visits and hard conversations, and the work often happens without much recognition. A gift that acknowledges the job itself tends to land well: a shirt they can wear to a training or a team event, a hoodie for cold morning drives between appointments, or a mug for the desk where the coffee gets cold while they're on the phone. Adding their credential, such as LCSW or their agency's credential, makes it personal, though if you're unsure which one applies, say so and use just the title. For a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt. Case resource managers often celebrate around Social Work Month in March, which is a natural time to order.
