Picking a gift for a change management manager
A change management manager spends their working life moving people from the way things were to the way things are going to be. That means stakeholder meetings, rollout plans, training sessions and the steady work of getting skeptical teams to adopt a new system. Nobody sees the hours that went into a smooth cutover, so a gift that names the job feels good to receive. A tee or hoodie with Change Management Manager printed on it is a small joke they'll understand right away. Many of these designs have a second line, so you can add their company's department, a credential like PROSCI or CCMP if they hold one, or their first name. A mug with their title is the kind of thing that lives on a desk through a long quarter, and a hoodie is good for the late-night go-lives they'll inevitably have.
Change Management Manager gift questions
Can I add a certification like PROSCI or CCMP to the shirt?
Yes, if they actually hold it. Many designs have a second line, so type the credential there and check the preview before you order. If you're unsure of the exact name they use, ask them first.
Are there designs for a change management team?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste the list of names, pick a size for each person, and everyone gets a shirt with their own name.
Is there a gift for someone who's just been promoted into this role?
A mug or hoodie with their title works well for a new manager. It marks the move and gives them something they'll use while they settle in.
What sizes do the change management manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a change management manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
