Gifts for Client Services Managers

Picking a gift for a client services manager

A client services manager usually sits between an upset customer and a team that's already behind, so the job is part calm voice, part scheduling puzzle, and part translator between two departments that don't speak the same language. They're often the person who remembers every account's history and who gets the Friday escalation. A gift that acknowledges that lands well. A tee or hoodie they can wear on a long day of calls and meetings is useful, and a mug for the desk is the one thing that reliably stays put through reorganizations. Keep the wording as plain as their title: type their job title on the main line, and add a second line for their team, their company's department, or a year they started, so it reads as theirs rather than a generic office shirt. Mugs and hoodies work well for a promotion or a work anniversary, and a dark tee suits someone who dresses for a client-facing role. Titles vary a lot between companies, so check the spelling against the exact one on their badge or email signature.
