Picking a gift for a collection advisor
A collection advisor spends the day on the phone helping people work out payment plans, and that kind of conversation takes patience and a steady voice. They're often the one who keeps a difficult call civil, so the gifts that land tend to be practical and a little bit funny, the kind they'll use during a long day on the headset. A soft tee for the commute or a hoodie for an office that runs cold works well, and an 11 oz mug is the easiest daily reminder that someone in their corner noticed the work. Make it theirs by changing the second line to their name, their team, or the year they started, so it reads as a personal thank-you rather than a generic office gift. If you're shopping for a whole department, the Team Shop lets you order one design with every advisor's name on their own shirt, which is a much better end-of-quarter gift than another round of donuts.
Collection Advisor gift questions
Can I add a team name or a year to a collection advisor shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a team, a department or a year. Type it in and the live preview will show you how it lines up before you order.
Are there kids designs for this word?
A few designs come as kids tees, so you can use them if the recipient has a little one who wants to dress like a grown-up on career day.
Can I order shirts for a whole collections department?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Is there a design that fits a newer advisor?
Most designs are the same across experience levels, so you can pick any one and add a line that marks their start date or first year on the team.
What sizes do the collection advisor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a collection advisor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
