Gifts for Construction Teches

Picking a gift for a construction tech

Construction techs work in the gap between the blueprint and the finished building. They're out on site before the crews arrive, testing concrete cylinders, checking compaction, logging soil samples and running inspections in weather that doesn't care what the schedule says. It's a job where the boots, the hard hat and the clipboard get as much wear as the person. A gift that acknowledges the actual work lands better than a generic jobsite joke. Put their title on a tee or hoodie they can wear on the drive to site, or on a mug for the trailer where the coffee goes cold while they're out on the slab. If there's a company name or a crew they're proud of, you can add it on a second line, which is often what makes the piece feel like theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name, which tends to be more appreciated than another round of donuts.
