Picking a gift for a custodial manager
A custodial manager keeps a building running when most people never notice it's happening. They're up before the doors open, they know where every key is, and they're the first call when a pipe bursts or a floor needs stripping before a Monday event. Gifts for this person land when they show that someone saw the work. A sturdy tee for the early shifts, a hoodie for the cold loading dock or the chilly boiler room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room cabinet. Type their role into the text box, and if you know the building or the crew, add it on the second line, like Night Shift or Facilities Team. That small detail turns a generic work shirt into something they'll actually wear with pride.
