Picking a gift for a customer account exec
A customer account exec is the person clients call when something goes wrong and the one who keeps the renewals coming in. They juggle calendars, follow-up emails, quarterly reviews and the occasional escalation, often while carrying a laptop bag full of notes from the last meeting. Gifts that land for this job are the ones that acknowledge the hustle without being corporate. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the early flight, or a mug for the desk where the coffee disappears by ten. Put the title on it, or the word account exec itself, so it feels like theirs rather than a generic office freebie. If you're buying for a whole sales or account team, the Team Shop lets you use one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to beat another round of office swag nobody asked for.
Customer Account Exec gift questions
Can I add their name and title to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name or a team. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a gift that works for a new account exec?
A mug or tee with their title and the year they started makes a good first-week gift. It marks the start without being a big deal.
Can I order for a whole account team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the customer account exec shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a customer account exec gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
