Picking a gift for a development director
A development director usually spends the day writing grant asks, sitting across from donors, and getting pulled between the board and the program staff who actually do the work. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge that juggling act. A mug for the first coffee before the donor meeting, a hoodie for the cold evening gala they'll be working through, a tee for the spring fundraiser when they're back on site. Putting the job title on the design, with development director on the main line and the organization or campaign name on the second line, makes it theirs rather than a generic office gift. If you're buying for the whole development team, the Team Shop can print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land well at the end of a big campaign.
Development Director gift questions
Can I add the organization or campaign name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the organization, campaign or year there. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a development director design for kids or babies?
Kids tees and a baby onesie have designs for this title, though the choices are more limited than for adult products. Use the product filter to see them.
What's a good gift for a development director who just finished a big campaign?
A mug or tee with their title and the campaign name is a simple way to mark the milestone. It's something they can keep long after the final report is filed.
What sizes do the development director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a development director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
