Picking a gift for a director behavioral
A director of behavioral health usually oversees clinical teams, programs and budgets while still carrying a load of crisis calls, staffing gaps and hard conversations with families. The gifts that land tend to be practical and a little personal: something soft for the long days in the office, a mug for the morning coffee that gets cold during back-to-back meetings, a hoodie for the early commute or the cold clinic hallway. A job title on the shirt shows you noticed the work they actually do. Type director behavioral into the text box, or add a second line with their department or program name, such as outpatient, crisis or adolescent services. Many designs also have room for a name or credential, so the piece reads as theirs. If you're recognizing a whole leadership team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with every person's name on their own shirt, which tends to be more meaningful than another catered lunch.
Director Behavioral gift questions
Can I add a credential like LCSW or PhD to the shirt?
Yes. Type it into the text box on its own line or after their name, and the preview will show you how it sits before you order.
Can I put their department on the shirt too?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can add outpatient, crisis, adolescent or whatever name they use for their area.
Is this a good gift for a new director?
It can be. A mug or tee with their new title marks the promotion and gives them something to wear or use while they settle into the role.
What sizes do the director behavioral shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director behavioral gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
