Picking a gift for a director compensation
Director compensation is an unusual job to print on a shirt, and that's part of its charm. The people who do it, usually in HR, total rewards or finance, spend their days building pay structures, benchmarking salaries against market data and explaining bonus plans to people who would rather not hear the math. It's detailed, quiet work that rarely gets thanked. A gift that names the role tells them you know what they actually do, which is more meaningful than another generic office item. Add their team, their company's initials if they're comfortable sharing, or the year they took the role. Pair a hoodie for long planning-cycle weeks with a mug for the morning budget review, and you've covered the workday without guessing at their taste.
Director Compensation gift questions
Can I add a credential like CCP or SHRM-CP?
Only if it genuinely belongs to them. Type it on the second line, such as their certification after their name, and check the preview before ordering.
Is this a good gift for a going-away or promotion?
Yes. A mug or tee with the new title or the year they started a role marks the moment well, and it's useful without being too personal.
Can I order for a whole compensation team?
Yes. Pick one design in the Team Shop, paste each person's name, and choose a size for each shirt.
What sizes do the director compensation shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director compensation gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
