Picking a gift for a director customer support
A director of customer support usually answers for a team that takes the angriest calls and emails a company gets, and still has to hit the metrics on a dashboard somebody else built. Their week is queues, escalations, staffing plans and the occasional customer who makes it personal. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that weight without making a joke of it. A tee with their title on it is a quiet way of saying you see what they do. A mug for the morning coffee before the first stand-up is practical and gets used every day. A hoodie suits the long quarter-end weeks when they're still at the desk after the lights go off. Add their team name or the company's support line in the second line if you want it to feel more personal. Titles in support leadership vary a lot from company to company, so type the exact wording they use on their badge or email signature, and the preview will show you how it fits.
Director Customer Support gift questions
Can I add my own wording to the design?
Yes. Type the title into the text box, and use the second line for a team name, a year or a short phrase. The preview updates as you type.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
Many titles are long, so try an abbreviated form in the preview to see which reads best on the shirt or mug.
Can I order for my whole support team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the director customer support shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director customer support gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
