Picking a gift for a director e learning
An e-learning director usually sits at the point where instructional design, content and technology meet, which means they spend their days deciding how training gets built, who it reaches, and whether anyone actually finishes the course. The work is mostly invisible when it goes well, so a gift that names the role says you noticed. It also suits the remote-first world they often work in: they may be on video calls from a home office or moving between the LMS team, subject-matter experts and leadership. A tee or hoodie is something they can wear to a conference or on a Friday with no meetings. A mug fits the kitchen-table laptop routine, or the desk where they draft next quarter's learning plan. Make it theirs by adding the title exactly as they use it at work, or a line for their team or company name, so it reads as their role and not a generic job shirt.
