Picking a gift for a director evaluation
A director evaluation is one of the more thankless jobs in a school or district. Someone is sitting in on classrooms, reading observation notes, writing feedback, and having hard conversations with teachers who are already stretched thin. The work is detailed and often invisible, so the gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the actual job. A tee for the office or the drive to the next school, a hoodie for the chilly early mornings of observation season, or a mug for the desk where the reports get written. Your gift can be made theirs by adding their name or a second line that fits their role. If you're buying for a whole evaluation team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a nice thank-you after a long review cycle.
Director Evaluation gift questions
Can I add a job title or school name to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a title, a school, or a department. Type it in and the preview will show you how it looks before you order.
Is there a design that fits a director evaluation role specifically?
The designs use the words you type, so the profession is the main text and you can add your own details. Browse the options to find the layout you like best.
Can I order shirts for a whole evaluation team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person, and each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director evaluation shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director evaluation gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
