Picking a gift for a director maintenance
A director of maintenance keeps a building or a fleet running when nobody notices it's working. They're the one who gets the call at two in the morning when the boiler quits, who schedules the preventive work nobody wants to pay for until something breaks, and who knows which vendor actually shows up on time. Their days are a mix of crew schedules, work orders, budgets and walking the site with a clipboard. A gift that acknowledges that quiet competence lands well. A dark tee or hoodie works for the job site and the cold mornings in the mechanical room, and a mug on their desk gives them a daily nod. Add the facility name or the department underneath, or their own name, and the item becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole maintenance crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to mean more than another round of coffee.
Director Maintenance gift questions
Can I add a company name or facility under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the facility, campus or department there and the preview will update so you can check it before ordering.
Is there a version for a maintenance team as well as the director?
Yes. Designs come on tees, hoodies and mugs, and the Team Shop lets you order one design for a whole group with each person's name on their own shirt.
What do maintenance directors usually want as a gift?
Practical things they'll use on the job: a tough dark tee, a warm hoodie for cold rooms, or a mug for the office. Personalizing it with their title makes it feel like it was picked for them.
Can I use my own wording instead of director maintenance?
Yes. Type any title, like facilities manager or plant engineer, into the text box. The design will update to show your wording.
What sizes do the director maintenance shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director maintenance gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
