Picking a gift for a director managerial
A director managerial role usually means someone who has moved from doing the work to running the people and projects that do it. Their days are a mix of planning meetings, tough conversations, budget reviews and the occasional fire that needs putting out before lunch. A gift that acknowledges that step up tends to land better than a generic office item. A T-shirt or hoodie they can wear on a weekend away from the office says the title belongs to them, not just the badge. A mug with their title on it is the kind of thing that sits on a desk for years and gets used for the first coffee before the calendar fills up. If you want it to feel personal, add the team or department on a second line, or the year they were promoted, so the design reflects the particular job they worked to get.
Director Managerial gift questions
Can I add a department or team name to a director managerial design?
Many designs have a second line for a department, team or year. Type it in and the preview updates so you can see how it looks before you order.
Is there a gift that works for a promotion?
A hoodie or mug with their new title and the year of the promotion is a simple way to mark the step up, and it's something they can keep using.
Can I order for a whole management team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person, so every shirt prints with its own name.
Are there designs for kids in a director managerial family?
There are a few kids tees and dark kids tees with this word. Use the product filter to see those designs.
What sizes do the director managerial shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director managerial gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
