Picking a gift for a director managing
A director managing a team or a department spends most of the day in meetings, deciding things, and smoothing over whatever broke that morning. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the job without turning it into a joke about meetings. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the early-morning drive in, or a mug for the first coffee before the calendar fills up all fit that rhythm. Titles vary a lot between companies, so the most personal option is to put their exact role on the shirt, whether that's Director, Managing Director or Director of Operations, along with the team or department name underneath. If you're buying for a whole leadership group or a team that wants to thank their director, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and list each person's name, so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it.
Director Managing gift questions
Can I put a company or department name on the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the department, team or company name there. Check the preview to see how it fits before you order.
What if their job title is longer than the design allows?
Try a shorter version, like Director instead of Director of Operations, or put the longer title on the second line. The preview shows you how it will look.
Is a mug a good choice for a director?
Often, yes. A mug is useful every day and is easy to pick without knowing their taste in clothes. It works well as a desk gift.
Can I order shirts for an entire management team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the director managing shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director managing gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
