Picking a gift for a director ops
A director of operations usually sits between the leadership team and everyone who actually makes the business run. Their days are a mix of vendor calls, schedule fixes, budget reviews and the occasional fire that needs putting out before the end of the day. Recognition for that kind of work tends to be quiet, so a gift that names the role out loud lands well. A tee or hoodie with director ops on it is something they can wear on a casual Friday and feel seen. An 11 oz mug suits the office kitchen, where they're likely already drinking coffee through a long planning meeting. If you're buying for a whole ops team, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop gives everyone their own shirt, which is a nice way to mark a good quarter or a farewell.
Director Ops gift questions
Can I add a company name or department to the shirt?
Many designs have a second line. Type a department or team name there and the preview will show how it fits before you order.
Is there a version of this design for a woman in the role?
The wording is the same for any director of operations. Choose the shirt color and style that suits them best.
What's a good gift for a director of operations who's just been promoted?
A mug or hoodie with the title works well. It marks the move without being too formal for everyday use.
What sizes do the director ops shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director ops gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
