Picking a gift for a director performance
A director of performance usually sits between the numbers and the people, tracking goals, running review cycles and figuring out why a team is stuck before anyone else notices. The job tends to be long on meetings and short on visible wins, so the gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge the work behind the spreadsheets. A hoodie for the early-morning dashboard check, a mug for the third coffee of a planning day, or a tee with their title printed clearly enough that it becomes a conversation starter at the next offsite. To make it theirs, add a second line with their name, their team, or the year they took the role. Titles can be long and awkward on a shirt, so type it the way they'd introduce themselves and check the preview for spacing before you order.
Director Performance gift questions
Can I fit a long title like director of performance on a shirt?
Yes, but long titles look best split across two lines. Type the title in the main text box and put a name or team on the second line. The live preview shows how it will sit before you order.
Is a mug a good choice for someone in this role?
Often, yes. Many people in performance and management roles spend long days in meetings and at their desks, so a mug they use every morning is a small, practical reminder of your gift.
What's a good gift for someone promoted into this role?
A hoodie or tee with their new title and the year they started works well. It marks the promotion without being too formal, and they can wear it on the days they feel like celebrating.
What sizes do the director performance shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director performance gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
