Picking a gift for a director training and development
A director of training and development usually spends the day building programs that make other people better at their jobs, from new-hire onboarding to leadership pipelines and compliance courses. They sit between HR, operations and the people actually doing the work, so the job is part teacher, part strategist and part diplomat, and the hours tend to run long around fiscal planning and big rollouts. A gift that acknowledges that balance tends to land well. A hoodie is useful for the cold conference room or the flight to a regional site visit. A mug fits the desk where they write curriculum outlines and plan sessions. Adding the title exactly as their company uses it, or a line like Learning and Development, makes the piece feel like it was made for them rather than for any manager. For a team gift, the Team Shop lets you print one design with every trainer's name on their own shirt.
Director Training And Development gift questions
Can I put the exact job title on the shirt?
Yes. Type the title into the text box, either as the main line or on a second line. The live preview shows how it fits before you order, so you can adjust spacing or wording.
Is this a good gift for someone who just got promoted?
It works well. A title on a tee or mug marks the step up in a way that's personal and useful, especially if they've been leading training work for a while without a clear title to show for it.
Can I order for a whole training team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
Which products can I use for this title?
Designs are available as T-shirts in light and dark, kids tees, hoodies, and 11 oz mugs. Baby onesies have one design, so that option is more limited.
What sizes do the director training and development shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director training and development gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
