Picking a gift for a director transitions
Director of transitions is a role that sits between people in the middle of big changes: a student moving from high school to college, a veteran heading back to civilian work, a family settling into a new school year, or a worker shifting into a new department. The person doing this job spends a lot of time listening, planning and calming nerves, and they often get thanked by no one until something goes right. A gift that acknowledges the work lands well. A hoodie is useful for the long days of meetings and site visits, and a mug is the one they'll reach for during the first coffee of a hard week. Adding the organization or program name in the second line, or the year they started, makes the gift feel like it was written for them. If you're shopping for a whole team that works together on transitions, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
