Picking a gift for a director underwriting
A director of underwriting spends their days deciding what risk is worth taking. They read applications, weigh loss history against premium, and answer to a team that needs clear calls on hard cases. Their work is careful, detail-heavy and often done under deadline pressure, so the gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge that. A soft tee they can wear on a weekend off, a hoodie for the cold commute or the chilly office, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the morning coffee before the first meeting. Put the title on it, or the company's department name if you know it, and a gift that could belong to anyone becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole underwriting team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt is a warm way to mark a promotion, a farewell or a year-end thank-you. A baby onesie with the title is a joke gift for a colleague who has just become a parent, and it's a good one.
Director Underwriting gift questions
Can I add a company name or department under the title?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the company or department there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a version for a new parent who works in underwriting?
Yes. The baby onesie design uses the same title, so you can give a laugh along with the gift.
Can I order for a whole underwriting team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the director underwriting shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a director underwriting gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
