Picking a gift for a diversity intern
A diversity intern is usually early in their career, often a student or recent grad working on recruiting, outreach or inclusion programs, and they're doing it while still building their own resume. That mix of enthusiasm and pressure shapes what makes a gift land. A soft tee they can wear to campus events or the office is useful, and a hoodie is good for the cold conference room or the drive in. A mug on their desk, with their role printed clearly, is a small daily reminder that the work is real and that someone noticed. If you want the gift to feel personal, add their name or their program year on a second line, something like Intern or Summer 2025 under the main words. That turns a generic job shirt into something that marks where they are right now, which is the part they'll remember.
Diversity Intern gift questions
Can I add their name or program year to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a name, a year or a program name there. The preview updates live so you can check the spacing first.
Is this a good gift for a student versus someone already working full time?
It fits both. For a student it marks the internship, and for a new hire it can mark the first step into the field. Adding the year they started makes it suit either case.
Can I order shirts for a whole group of interns?
Yes. Choose one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the diversity intern shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a diversity intern gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
