Picking a gift for a diversity internship
A diversity internship is usually a student or early-career person who spent a summer or semester learning how an organization builds inclusive hiring, mentoring and workplace policies, often while being the only person in the room who looked like them. They're probably tired of hearing that the program was a great experience and want to hear that someone noticed the work. What lands well is something that marks the internship itself: the program name, the organization or department if they're comfortable with it, and the year. A hoodie suits the cold office where they spent the fall, a tee works for the first day of the next semester, and a mug is the one they'll reach for during early-morning reading. Keep the wording plain and specific to their role, and the gift will read as a real acknowledgment rather than a generic congratulations.
Diversity Internship gift questions
Can I add the organization or the year to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a year, a department or a program name. Type it in and the preview will show you how it fits before you order.
Is this a good gift for a graduate who finished an internship?
It can be. A hoodie or mug with the internship title and graduation year marks the experience and works well for someone starting a job search or a new school year.
Can I order for every intern in a cohort?
Yes. Choose one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the diversity internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a diversity internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
