Picking a gift for a division director
A division director usually runs a whole group of teams, so their week is a mix of budget reviews, staff one-on-ones and the meetings that somehow fill every afternoon. Gifts for this role tend to land when they feel like a nod to the job itself: a mug for the first coffee before the first call, or a hoodie for the office that's always set to the thermostat they didn't pick. Add the division or department name in the second line, or the year they took the role, and the piece becomes specific to their career rather than a generic leadership shirt. It's a good fit for a promotion, a retirement send-off or a team thank-you, since colleagues often want something that marks the title as well as the person. If you're buying for a whole leadership group, the Team Shop lets you order one design and paste each director's name, with a size for each person.
Division Director gift questions
Can I add a division or department name?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a division, department or team name. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing.
Is division director a good gift for a promotion?
It can be. Adding the year they took the role makes it a clear marker of the milestone, and a mug or hoodie gives them something they'll use after the celebration ends.
Can I order for a whole leadership team at once?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you pick one design, paste a list of names and choose a size for each person, so every director gets a shirt with their own name.
What sizes do the division director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a division director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
