Picking a gift for a documentation liaison
A documentation liaison sits between the people who build things and the people who need to understand them, turning technical knowledge into guides, release notes and training material that others can actually use. The work is detail-heavy and often invisible until something goes wrong, so a gift that acknowledges the role lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title gives them something to wear on the days they're buried in revision history, and a mug with their name is a small daily nod to the work. If you're shopping for a whole documentation or product team, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name, which is a nice way to say their work is noticed. Adding a second line with their team or the year they started can make a plain title feel personal.
Documentation Liaison gift questions
Can I add a team name or department under the job title?
Many designs have a second line. Type the team or department there and the preview will show how it sits under the title before you order.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
You can type any wording into the text box, so try documentation or doc liaison if the full title runs long on a design.
Are there designs that work for kids or babies too?
Only a few. Kids tees and a baby onesie exist for this word, so the choice is limited compared with adult products.
What sizes do the documentation liaison shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a documentation liaison gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
