Gifts from Ector
Ector is a small place, and people from there tend to hold onto it. Whether they still live in the area or have moved off to a bigger city, a shirt or mug with the town's name is a way to say where they're from, and that counts for a lot when someone's been away. Ector shows up in conversation less often than the big cities do, so a gift with the name on it sparks a question or a story, and that's part of the fun. Start with the simple version: the town name on a tee or hoodie for everyday wear. If you know a detail that matters to them, like a graduating class, a high school year, or the street they grew up on, add it on the second line. A mug is a good pick for the person who got homesick and needs a daily reminder of where they came from.
