Picking a gift for an employee representative
An employee representative, whether a union steward, a works council member or an elected staff rep, is the person coworkers call when something has gone wrong and they need someone in their corner. They sit through long meetings, read contracts that are written to be hard to read, and carry other people's problems home with them. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land better than a generic office thank-you. A hoodie is useful for the cold conference room and the early mornings before a negotiation. A mug with their name keeps the good coffee from walking off the break room counter. A shirt with the title on it, printed in the word they actually hold, tells them their role is seen. You can add a second line for their local, their department or the year they were elected, which turns a job title into something specific to them. If you're thanking a whole committee, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
Employee Representative gift questions
Can I add a union local or department name to the shirt?
Yes. Most designs have a second line where you can type a local number, a department, a site or a term year. The preview updates as you type so you can check the layout before ordering.
Is this a good gift for a retiring employee representative?
It can be. A mug or tee with their name and years of service is a personal way to mark the end of a long stretch of representing coworkers.
Can I order for a whole committee at once?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the employee representative shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an employee representative gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
