Picking a gift for an engineering project designer
Engineering project designers spend their days turning rough ideas into drawings, specs and models that a whole crew has to build from, and the work often goes unseen until something goes up on schedule. A gift that acknowledges that craft lands well. A tee or hoodie they can wear to a job site or a weekend project, or a mug for the drafting desk where the coffee goes cold while they're deep in a revision. Put the job title on it, and add a second line for a firm, a specialty or a graduation year if that fits. If you're buying for a whole design team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better year-end gift than another round of catered lunch. Ask them what they're working on right now, because a shirt that matches the current project will get worn far more than a generic one.
Engineering Project Designer gift questions
What should I put on an engineering project designer shirt besides the title?
Many designs have a second line. People often add their firm, a specialty like structural or civil, or a graduation year. Type it in and the preview will show you how it fits.
Is there a specific credential I should add?
Only if they earned it. If they hold a professional license or certification, you can add it, but if you're unsure, a simple title line is the safest choice.
What's a good gift for a new engineering project designer?
A hoodie or mug with their title and start year marks the move into the role. It's something they can use every day in the office.
Can I order shirts for my whole team at once?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design, paste everyone's names, and select a size for each person, with each shirt printed with its own name.
What sizes do the engineering project designer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an engineering project designer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
