Picking a gift for an evaluation director
An evaluation director usually runs the side of a program that asks whether anything is working, which means their days are full of data reviews, site visits, report deadlines and stakeholders who want the answer yesterday. Many of them come from research, social work, public health or education, and they've learned that a good evaluation is only as useful as the conversation it starts. A gift for them should acknowledge that quiet, careful work. A hoodie for the cold conference room where the funders meet, a mug for the long stretch of report-writing, or a tee for the weekend when they finally step away from the spreadsheets all land well. Put their title on it, or the organization or team name in the second line, so it feels like it belongs to their actual job. If you're buying for a whole evaluation team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer thank-you than another round of bagels at the next big deadline.
Evaluation Director gift questions
Can I add a program or organization name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type in the program, department or organization name under the title.
Is there a shorter version of the title that fits better?
You can type any wording into the text box, such as Evaluation Lead or Director of Evaluation, and the preview will update so you can see how it looks.
Can I order shirts for an entire evaluation team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for someone who just finished a big evaluation report?
A mug or tee with their title and the project name is a nice way to mark the milestone without making it a big production.
What sizes do the evaluation director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an evaluation director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
