Picking a gift for an event coordinator internship
An event coordinator intern is usually juggling a dozen things at once: vendor calls, seating charts, a clipboard full of timelines, and a hallway full of people who assume they're the person who knows where the extra chairs are. Most internships run for a single semester or summer, so the gift that lands is one they'll keep wearing after the paperwork is filed. A hoodie they can throw on for an early load-in is practical, and a mug that says their role is the thing they'll reach for during the first coffee before a Saturday wedding. Put the internship title on it, or change the second line to the season, the company or the year they started, so it reads as their milestone rather than a generic work shirt. If you're buying for a whole intern class, the Team Shop lets you order one design and paste every name, so each intern gets a shirt with their own name on it.
Event Coordinator Internship gift questions
Can I add the company name or a season to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line you can use for a company, a season or a year. Type it in and the preview will show you how it sits under the title.
Is there a design for an internship and not just a full-time job?
Yes. This design says event coordinator internship, so the internship part stays on the shirt. If they're moving into a full-time role, a plain event coordinator design works as a follow-up gift.
Can I order shirts for every intern at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the event coordinator internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an event coordinator internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
