Picking a gift for a facilities maintenance director
A facilities maintenance director keeps a building running, which usually means being the first call when the boiler quits, the roof leaks or the elevator stalls at 6 a.m. They tend to live in a jingling ring of keys, a radio on the belt and a clipboard that never quite fits in the truck. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that work. A tee for the weekend project they'd never admit to enjoying, a hoodie for the cold mechanical room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the break room. Put their title on it, and add the building or campus name on the second line if you know it, so it reads as their place rather than a generic job shirt. If you're buying for the whole maintenance crew, one design with each person's own name is a better thank-you than another round of donuts.
Facilities Maintenance Director gift questions
Will the full title fit on a shirt?
Longer titles can wrap, so check the live preview before you order. Many designs also have a second line, so you can split the title and the building or campus name across two lines.
Can I add a building or campus name to the design?
Yes. Type it into the second line of the text box. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
What's a good gift for a new facilities director?
A tee or mug with their new title and the year they started. It marks the promotion and gives them something to wear on the first day of a new role.
Can I order shirts for my whole maintenance team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the facilities maintenance director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a facilities maintenance director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
