Picking a gift for a facility technician
Facility technicians keep the lights on, the HVAC running and the building working, usually without anyone noticing until something breaks. That's why the gifts they keep tend to be the ones that say the job is seen. A tee for the shop, a hoodie for the cold mornings on the roof or in the mechanical room, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off the workbench. Put their title on it, facility technician, and add a second line that fits the building or the crew: a site name, a shift, or the year they started. It turns a generic work shirt into something personal. If you're buying for a whole maintenance team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land better than another box of donuts in the break room.
Facility Technician gift questions
Can I add a company or building name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a site, building or shift name there and check the spacing in the live preview before you order.
Is there a standard job title I should use?
The design uses the words facility technician. If their official title is different, like maintenance technician, you can type it in instead.
What's a good gift for someone starting a new facility tech job?
A mug or tee with their name and the year they started is a simple, useful way to mark the new role without making it a big production.
What sizes do the facility technician shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a facility technician gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
