Picking a gift for a field training supervisor
A field training supervisor spends a lot of time watching someone else get it right: riding along, checking paperwork, giving feedback at the end of a long shift and then starting again the next morning. They're usually the person who knows the job best and gets thanked least. A gift that acknowledges the role lands well, especially from a trainee or a team who wants to say they noticed. Put their title on a tee or hoodie for the commute, or on a mug for the truck or the station break room, where the coffee goes cold while they're coaching someone else. Adding their name, the agency or department, or the year they took on the role makes it theirs rather than generic. A training supervisor often gets a mug or hoodie from the people they've trained, so if you're buying for a whole group, the Team Shop lets everyone sign on to one design with their own name and size.
Field Training Supervisor gift questions
Can I add a department or agency name to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a unit or a year. Type it into the text box and the preview will update so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a shirt for a whole group of trainees?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What is a good gift for a supervisor who is retiring from training?
A mug or hoodie with their title and the year they started is a good choice. It marks the years they spent helping others get ready for the job.
Can I put their credential on the shirt?
Yes, if it genuinely belongs to their role. Type it on its own line so it stands apart from the title and name.
What sizes do the field training supervisor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a field training supervisor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
