Picking a gift for a floor associate
A floor associate is the person customers actually find when they can't find anything else. Most of the shift is on their feet, walking the aisles, restocking, answering the same question about where the batteries are for the twentieth time, and then doing it again with a smile. The gifts that land with them are the ones that make the long shifts a little more comfortable and show that someone noticed the work. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly stockroom, a mug that's clearly theirs for the break room. What makes a floor associate gift feel personal is the detail that says you know the job. Put the title on it, or add their department or store role on a second line, so it reads as theirs and not a generic work shirt. If you're shopping for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say thanks to everyone at once.
Floor Associate gift questions
Can I add their name or department to the shirt?
Yes. Most designs have a second line. Type a name, a department or a store section there, and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Do I have to use the word floor associate exactly?
No. You can type any version of the title, such as sales associate or store associate, and the design updates to match.
What's a good gift for a new floor associate?
A tee or mug with their name and the start year is a warm way to welcome someone new. It shows the team noticed they joined.
Can I order for a whole store team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the floor associate shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a floor associate gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
