Picking a gift for a founding partner
A founding partner has usually been carrying the firm on their back for years before the title ever appeared on a door. They live in client calls, late-night redlines and the quiet worry about whether next quarter's payroll is covered. A gift that acknowledges that weight lands better than generic office swag. A soft tee for the weekend when they finally stop thinking about the business, a hoodie for the flight to the next pitch, or an 11 oz mug that goes on the desk every morning and reminds them of the name they built. Put the title on it, or pair it with the firm's name if they're comfortable with that. The details they care about are the ones that show you understood the climb: the years of 2 a.m. emails, the first handshake that turned into a partnership. Keep it simple and let the words do the work.
Founding Partner gift questions
Can I add the firm name or a year under founding partner?
Many designs have a second line. Type the firm name or the year you founded the business there, and the preview updates so you can check spacing before ordering.
Is founding partner a common gift for someone starting a business?
It's a good fit for anyone who has co-founded a practice or firm. Many people treat a title like this as a milestone worth marking, especially after a few years of building something from scratch.
Can I order matching shirts for the whole founding team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the names of everyone on the team, and choose a size for each person.
What sizes do the founding partner shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a founding partner gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
